1½ cups  Sugar
6 Eggs
1½ cups Water
8    tbsp.  Milk Powder “Zuli Milk” Whole Milk Powder
1    tsp Vanilla
1    cup Sugar for the caramel
3    tbsp. Sugar for the mixtur

Place the cup of sugar in a mold and put make the caramel without over medium heat, stir occasionally so that it does not stick. Still hot, the caramel should be spread throughout the mold and then allowed to cool. Blend the eggs, milk powder “Zuli Milk” and sugar until get a homogeneous mixture. Mix it approximately by 3 minutes. Add the vanilla at the end. Pour the mixture to the mold and put it in the bain-marie for one hour and 15 minutes. You can insert a toothpick, if it comes out clean it is ready. If the bain-marie is in the oven, the temperature should be 350 °F or 175 °C. Put it into the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, unmold and serve.
